ORDINANCE #84-21 <br /> <br />Chapter 50.02 Sale of City Property <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of certain City owned property <br />located in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Rhe City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />50.02.1 Purpose <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Chapter to authorize the City to <br />sell certain real property which property the City Council has <br />determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section <br />12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />50.02.2 Sale Authorization <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally <br />described real property owned by the City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Ail that part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />described as Commencing at the Northwest Corner <br />of said Government Lot 6; thence South 0 degrees, <br />00 minutes, 17 seconds West along the West line <br />thereof (being the line connecting said Northwest <br />Corner of Government Lot 6 with a Judicial <br />Landmark marking the Southwest Corner of the North- <br />east Quarter of said Section 36) for 1321.96 feet, <br />more or less, to the Southwest Corner of said <br />Government Lot 6, being a point on the last des- <br />cribed line; thence North 89 degrees, 55 minutes, <br />33 seconds East along the westerly extension of <br />the monumented North line of the duly recorded <br />plat of BROM ADDITION, said Anoka County, for <br />779.64 feet to a point on said North line of BROM <br />ADDITION extended where the same intersects the <br />centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as now <br />laid out and travelled; thence northwesterly along <br />said centerline, being a non-tangential curve <br />concave to the northeast, radius 5734.34 feet, for <br /> <br />Ordinance #84-21 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
