ORDINANCE 985-3 <br /> <br />Chapter 50.01 Vacation of City Property <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA (I)UNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OP RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section <br />12.06. <br /> <br />Section 2. VACATION <br /> <br /> The following described properties are hereby vacated, to- <br />wit: <br /> <br />The northwesterly 5 feet of the southeasterly 10 feet <br />of Lot 44, Block 6, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, except the southwesterly 10 feet thereof, <br />AND <br /> <br />The southeasterly 5 feet of the northwesterly 10 feet <br />of Lot 45, Block 6, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, except the southwesterly 10 feet thereof, <br /> <br />The northwesterly 5 feet of the southeasterly 10 feet <br />of Lot 57, Block 6, RIVER' S BEND, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, except the southwesterly 10 feet thereof, <br />AND <br /> <br />The southeasterly 5 feet of the northwesterly 10 feet <br />of Lot 58, Block 6, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, except the southwesterly 10 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Section 3.
