ORDINANCE #86-1 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT to Article VI, Section 4.B.(1) and Exhibit A of the <br />Cable Communications Ordinance #82-14. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby ordains: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />SECTION 4 <br /> <br /> FRANQHISE.FEE, RATES, CHARGES~ CHANGES IN FEES <br /> AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Franchise Fee. <br /> <br />1. Throughout the term of this Franchise, Grantee shall pay <br /> to City, within ninety (90) days after the end of each <br /> quarter of the fiscal year of Grantee, a franchise fee of <br /> five perce~t (5%) of all Gross Revenues, with adjustments <br /> at year end for actual Gross' Revenues. No payment will <br /> be allowed of any fee that is deifferent from five <br /> percent, other than the filing fee and payment required <br /> of the successful applicant as established by City to <br /> recover the costs of franchising. Grantee agrees to <br /> support any waiver required by the FCC for the <br /> established franchise fee. The annual fee may be subject <br /> to renegotiation at such time as federal or state <br /> authorities no longer regulate the amount of the fee. If <br /> Grantee and City do not agree in renegotiations, the <br /> Franchise fee shall remain unchanged. <br /> <br /> <br />
