ORDINANCE 86-a <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 130.05 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />'INTOXICATING LIQUOR" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 130,05 OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 130.059 Paragraph b. Person Ineligible for License <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> b. Under twenty-one (21) years of age. <br /> <br />Section 130.0515 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 7. No person shall give, sell, procure or purchase <br />intoxicating liquor to or for any person to whom the sale of <br />intoxicating liquor is forbidden by law; nor shall a licensee, or <br />his agent or employee, permit such person to be furnished or <br />consume any liquors on the licensed premises. <br /> <br /> 2. No person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall <br />misrepresent his age for the purpose of obtaining intoxicating <br />liquor nor shall he enter any premises licensed for the retail <br />sale of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of purchasing or <br />having served or delivered to him for consuming any such <br />intoxicating liquor, nor shall any such person purchase, attempt <br />to purchase, consume, or have another person purchase for him any <br />intoxicating liquor. <br /> <br /> 3. No person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall <br />receive delivery of intoxicating liquor. <br /> <br /> <br />
