ORDINANCE 87-2 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.014 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-IR Rural Residential to R-1U Urban Residential: Part of the 330 feet of Government Lot 3, lying east of the west 984.60 feet thereof and the east 100 feet of the west 1084.6 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying north of the south 330 feet thereof and south of Sunfish Lake Drive as now laid out and established except that portion of the east 100 feet of the west 1084.6 feet of that part of said Government Lot 3 lying north and east of a line drawn at right angles from a point which lies 100 feet from the Northwest corner of said east 100 feet of the west 1084.7 feet of that part of Government Lot 3 (as measured along the south and east right-of-way of Sunfish Lake Drive as now laid out) except road subject to easement of record. SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map is adopted pursuant to Section 170.014 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective thirty days after its passage and publication subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
