OI~DINANCE #87-4 <br /> <br /> CITY OF 1L~SEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY ~ MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE, WHICH <br />CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE "RAMSEY ZONING CHAPTER." <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 170.015G, 170.017D AND 170.017L OF <br />THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 170.015G. <br /> <br />The first paragraph of Section 170.015G of the City Code is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Every private inground swimming pool or commercial fishing <br />pond shall be enclosed by a fence or wall not less than four <br />feet high to prevent uncontrolled access by small children. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 170.017D. <br /> <br />The first paragraph of Section 170.017D of the City Code is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Ail off-street parking areas shall be surfaced with blacktop <br />or concrete. Any other surface material shall require <br />approval by the City Engineer prior to application. Such <br />area shall be so graded and drained as to dispose of all <br />surface water accumulation satisfactorily. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. AMENDMENT TO SECTIOI~ 170.017L. <br /> <br />The first two paragraphs of Section 170.017L of the City <br /> <br />Code are amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />It is the policy of the City to preserve and promote <br />attractive, stable residential, business and industrial <br />environments through the construction of quality projects <br />and developments. No structure or land shall be used or <br />change uses, occupied, erected, constructed, reconstructed, <br />moved or structurally altered except in conformity with the <br />following specifications for the zoning district in which it <br />is located. <br /> <br />Site plan reviews are required for all proposed multiple <br />family dwellings (3 or more units), mobile home parks, <br /> <br /> <br />
