ORDINANCE NO. 80-11 AI~ENDiIENT TO CHAPTER 150.02, WHICH IS KNOWN AS T~ BUILDING CODE CHAPTER OF T~ CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 150.021, 150.022 and 150.023 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: SECTION 1. AMEND~IENT Section 150.021 MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE is hereby amended to read as follows: The 1980 Minnesota State Building Code, three (3) copies of which are marked "official copies" and are filed for reference and inspection in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as the building code of the City of Ramsey. Every provision contained in said code is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein, except as hereinafter provided. Section 150.022 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS is hereby amended to read as follows: The following appendices to the 1980 Mir~nesota State Building Code are also adopted as part of the building code of the City of Ramsey, subject to the indicated amendments and additions: Appendix A Standards Appendix D Organization and Enforcement Appendix E Permits and Inspections Appendix F Abbreviations and Addresses of Technical Associates Section 150.023 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE is hereby amended to read as follows: The 1979 edition of the Uniform Building Code as amended by Building Code Letter No. 63 dated September~ 1980, with the following appendix chapters is hereby adopted by reference: 1) Chapter 11 - Agricultural Buildings 2) Chapter 32 - Re-Roofing 3) Chapter 60 ~ Agricultural Buildings SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication according to law. PASSED by the City Council this the 15th day of October, 1980. (ihigtrator Mayor
