ORDINANCE NO. 79-15 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RA~sEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 170.01 ENTITLED "ZONING" <br /> <br /> ~he City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amendments <br />a) Section 170.012C Paragraph F shall be amended to read as follows: <br />F) UMB-2 Urban Multiple Business, excluding eating establishments <br />and drive in banks. The general intent of this district is to accommodate <br />offices and personal use type business, excluding residential housing, which <br /> <br />district is intended to act as a periphery zone to the UB district. <br /> b) Section 170.014K Subd. 5 paragraph 2 is hereby repealed. <br /> c) Section 170.014 Subd. 6 entitled "Appeal" is hereby repealed. <br /> d) Section 170.0151 (6) VII. shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> VII. STREET FRONTAGE REQUIRED <br /> No lot shall contain any building used as a dwelling unless it abuts <br />on the minimum street frontage as defined in this zoning code as described <br />in Article 170.0314B of the City Code. No private easement shall be used <br />to satisfy this street frontage requirement. <br /> <br />e) Section 170.011 Paragraph 25, shall be amended to read as follows: <br />25. Lot width is the uniform width measured at the property line <br />abutting the street and continuing to the building setback line. In the <br />case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac the lot width is the width measured at <br />right angles to the depth at the building setback requirement; however, in <br />no case shall the width at the property line be less than 40 feet in the <br />Urban Area and 80 feet in the Transitional and Rural areas. <br /> <br /> f) Section 170.011 Paragraph 25A shall be added and it shall read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 25A. Minimum street frontage is the lot width requirement for the <br />district in which the parcel is located. <br /> <br /> g) A new section to be known as Section 170.0112 and titled PAYMENT <br />OF EXPENSES INCURRED shall be added to the zoning chapter and it shall read <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 170.0112 PAYMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED <br /> <br /> Ail costs incurred by the City in processing an application for a Con- <br />ditional Use Permit, Temporary Conditional Use 'Permit, Variance issued by <br />the Board of Adjustment and Amendments to this z2cning chapter shall be paid <br /> <br /> <br />
