ORDINANCE NO. 79-14 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDI~ENT TO CHAPTER 170.03 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE SUBDIVISION CHAPTER OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RA~EY~ MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 170.03 "SUBDIVISION" OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY. <br /> <br />Section 1. Amendment <br /> <br />Section 170.038J is hereby added to the Chapter 170.03 of the City Code <br />and said section shall read as follows: <br /> <br />170.038J FLOOD PLAIN REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />No land shall be subdivided which is held masuitable by the <br />City Council for reason of flooding inadequate drainage, water <br />supply or sewage treatment facilities. Ail lots within the <br />flood plain districts shall contain a building site at or <br />above the Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation ~nd shall ~_e <br />~ocated outside the floodway district. Ail subdivisions shall <br />have water and sewage disposal facilities that comply with the <br />provisions of the City Code and have road access both to the <br />subdivision and to the individual building sites no lower <br />than two feet below the Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation. <br /> <br />Prior to subdividing in the General Flood Plain District, the <br />subdivider shall provide the information required in Section <br />170.069.41 of City Ordinance No. 79-13. The City Cotuncil <br />shall evaluate the subdivision in accordance with procedures <br />established in Section 170.069.41 and of City Ordinance No. <br />79-13 and standards contained in Section 170.069.43 of City <br />Ordinance 79-13. <br /> <br />Section 2.
