ORDINANCE NO. 79-10 CITY OF RAI~EY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ~EN~ENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 "ZONING ~gP AND DISTRICTS" OF CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City comncil of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: Section 1. Amendment a. The following described property is hereby zoned to B-1 Business: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10 and I69, and lying east of the west 39.00 feet thereof, and That part of the East Half of the East Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 10 and 169, and lying northerly of Line "Aw described below. b. The following described property is hereby zoned to R-1 Residential: That part of the West Half of the SoBthwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range~ 25, Anoka .Connty,'~J~rmesota, lying southerly of Line "A" described below.
