77~/ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ~- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-7, which is known as <br />"AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE LICENSING AND REGULATING THE USE <br />'AND SALE OF INTOXICATING glQUOR" <br /> <br />The City Council, City of Ramsey, does ordain.: <br /> <br />SECT ION 1. <br /> <br />Section 14 is hereby amended by adding the following <br /> <br />subsection: <br /> <br /> (c) Except as otherwise herein provided, all "on-sale" <br /> establishments, bo%tle clubs and public drinking places <br /> shall be closed to the public not later than one-half <br /> hour after the required time for stopping sales, until the <br /> time herein provided as permissible for sales, consumption <br /> or display. No persons other than employees shall be <br /> permitted within such establishments during the closed <br /> periods. Ail such on-sale licensees may keep licensed <br /> premises open at times when the sale of intoxicating and <br /> non-intoxicating liquor is prohibited for sale of food or <br /> recreational activity, provided such licensees shall <br /> lock, or in other manner secure, all facilities or <br /> equipment for the serving of such liquor starting not <br /> later than 1:00 a.m. until the time herein provided as <br /> permissible for sales, consumption or display. Ail <br /> public entrances to premises open after 1:00 a.m. shall <br /> remain open and unlocked during all times when said <br /> premises have customers therein. No licensee who elects <br /> to remain open after 1:00 a.m. shall permit any person <br /> to consume or display any liquor in any container, <br /> including glasses, in the premises after 1:30 a.m. and <br /> until the time herein provided as permissible for sales, <br /> consumption or display. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. PENALTY <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of <br />this ordinance is guilty of a .misdemeanor and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300.00 or <br />imprisonment in the city or county jail for not more than 90 days <br />or both. Each day such a violation is committed or permitted' to <br />continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable <br />as such hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br />
