ORDINANCE 75-10 <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ". <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 73-5 WHICH IS KNOWN AS ~!AN~ <br />ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE LOCATION, HEIGHT, BULK, SIZE OF STRUCTURES, <br />THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, THE DENSITY OF PoPUEATION <br />AND THE USE OF LAND AND BUILDINGS FOR RESIDENCE, TRADE, INDUSTRY, <br />RECREATION AND OTHER ACTIVITIES BY ESTABLISHING STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES <br />REGULATING SUCH USES TO HELP PROMOTE THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY AND <br />GENERAL WELFARE" BY AMENDING A CERTAIN ZONING DISTRICT AS SHOWN ON <br />THE CITY OF RAMSBY ZONING MAP. <br /> <br />The City Council, City of Ramsey, ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey Zoning Map as promulgated in Section 2.1 <br />of City of Ramsey Ordinance No. 73-5 is hereby amended to reflect <br />the following ZOning. District,~change: <br /> <br />The following legally described property shall be <br />located in the R-1 Suburban Residential Zoning <br />District: <br /> <br />That part of Auditor's Subdivision Number 96, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, within the City of Ramsey <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, said <br />Auditor's Subdivision Number 96; thence North along <br />the West line of said Lot 3 to the Northwest corner <br />thereof; thence East along the North line of said <br />Lot 3 to the Northeast corner thereof; thence North <br />along the West line of Lot 4 of said Auditor's <br />Subdivision to the Northwest corner of said Lo% 4; <br />thence East along the North line of said Lot 4 to <br />the Northeast corner thereof; thence South along the <br />West line of Lot 5 of said Auditor's Subdivision <br />to the Southwest corner thereof; thence East along <br />the South line of said Lot 5 to the Southeast corner <br />thereof; thence South along the West line of Lot 7 <br />of said Auditor's Subdivision to the most Southerly <br />corner thereof; thence North along the Northwesterly <br />line of Lot 8 of said Auditor's Subdivision to the <br />most Northerly corner of Lot 8 of-said Auditor's <br />Subdivision; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly <br />line of said Lot 8 to the most Easterly corner of said <br />Lot 8; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line <br />of said Lot 8 to the point of intersection with the <br />following described line: <br /> Commencing at the pointoof intersection of>the <br />Southwesterly line of said U.S. Trunk Highway 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
