RAMSEY TOWN SHIP <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74-]~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 73-15 WHICH WAS AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8, ADOPTED APRIL 17, 1972 AND ENTITLED: <br />"AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPREHENSIVE PLATTING REGULATIONS FOR <br />THE LAYING OUT OF STREETS, ALLEYS, AND OTHER PUBLIC GROUNDS AND THE <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND ESTABLISHING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPROVAL <br />OF SUBDIVISION PLATS WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY GRANTED BY STATE LAW AND PRO- <br />VIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE." <br /> <br />The Town Board of Supervisors of the Township of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance ~73-15 which was entitled: "An ordinance <br />establishing comprehensive platting regulations for the laying out of streets, <br />alleys, and other public grounds and the subdivision of land establishing the <br />requirements for the approval of subdivision plats within the Township of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, pursuant to the authority granted by state law and <br />providing penalties [or the violation of this ordinance," is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 5. SKETCH PLAN. <br /> <br /> Subdividers shall prepare a subdivision sketch plan for review by the <br />Planning Commission. Such sketch plan will be considered as having been <br />submitted for informal discussion between the subdivider and the Planning <br />Commission. A deposit of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) shall be required of <br />the subdivider at the time of submission of the sketch plan. No discussion on <br />the sketch plan shall be had until said Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) deposit <br />is made. The foregoing fee deposit shall be used to defray the administration ~:, <br />expense of the Township in connection with the review of said sketch plan, <br />as well as the Township expense incurred in employing the services of the <br />Township engineer, Township attorneys, and other professional consultants in <br />connection with the review of said sketch plan. Said deposit shall be in <br />addition to the fees prescribed by Section 6.01 (b) of Ramsey Township Ordinance <br />No. 8. However, said Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) deposit may be used to <br />reimburse the township for the expense of employing the services of the Town- <br />ship engineer, Township attorneys and other professional consultants in connection <br />with review o[ the prelim[nary plat and final plat as prescribed by Sections 6.01 (b) <br />and 10.01 (e) of Ramsey Township Ordinance No. 8. If said Four Hundred Dollars <br />($400.00) deposit is not sufficient to defray the above expenses, additional <br />monies will be required prior to final action on the plat. If after final action. <br /> <br /> <br />
