ORDINANCE NO. 73-9 RAMSEY TOWNS HIP ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 73.5 ADOPTED MAY 21, 1973 AND ENTITLED: " AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE LOCATION, HEIGHT, BULK, SIZE OF STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, THE DENSITY OF POPULATION AND THE USE OF LAND AND BUILDINGS FOR RESIDENCE, TRADE, INDUSTRY, RECREATION AND OTHER PROCEDURES REGULATING SUCH USES TO HELP PROMOTE THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY AND GENERAL WELFARE." The Township Board of the Township of Ramsey does hereby ordain: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 73-5 adopted May 21, 1973 and entitled: "An ordi- nance to regulate the location, height, bulk, size of structures, the size of yards and other open spaces, the density of population and the use of land and buildings for residence, trade, industry, recreation and other procedures regulating such uses to help promote the public health, safety and general welfare," is amended to read as follows: SECTION 4. LOT AND YARD REQUIREMENTS 4.2 Lot and Yard Requirements District Lot Size Area (sq it) Width (ft.) PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days or both. Each day that a violation is permit.ted to exist, shall constitute a separate offense.
