ZONING PLAN AND BUILDING CODE OF 1951 <br /> <br /> ',,., / ~ _..:; .;:'?' <br /> <br /> "',TOWN OF ~MSEY <br /> ANO~',COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> SECTION 7-3 6-A <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE REGULATING MOBILE HOME PhRKS AND <br /> PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOP <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Town Board of Ramsay Township, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />that as an addition to Section 2, Mobile Homo Location, the following paragraph <br /> <br />(e) is added: '"" <br /> <br />.Se.ction 2 MOBILE HOME LOCATION :. <br /> <br /> e. The Town Board may in its discretion grant a permit to park one (1) <br />house trailer or mobile home on a tract of land to any non-profit corporation, <br />organization or other charitable enterprise when the following circumstances <br />exist: , <br /> <br /> (1) The purpose of the house trailer or mobile home is to permit a <br /> residence which will then provide security and hinder burgh,~aries, <br /> break-ins, maliciousness and other unlawful acts to and against <br /> the applicant's buildings and other facilities. <br /> <br /> (2) The Town Board determines that the applicant's property anna <br /> facilities are located such as to not receive normal and sufficiefl, t <br /> police protection.
