Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Park/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br />Administrative Services Manager Joyce Pruitt Hottinger <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br />Public Works Supervisor Grant Reimer <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 6:25 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Approving Proposed Maximum 2000 Payable Tax Levy <br />and Scheduling Budget Public Hearing Dates <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the information based on the levy limits as certified by the <br />Minnesota Department of Revenue. The debt service levy pertaining to lease revenue bond and <br />certificates of indebtedness are outside of the levy limits as certified.
