Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-01-001 RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TRANSACTIONS FOR THE PERIOD DECEMBER 2, 1991 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1991 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has received certain accounts payable transactions that require payment for the period December 2, 1991 through December 31, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment of these accounts payable transactions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the accounts payable transactions for the period December 2, 1991 through December 31, 1991 submitted for payment were $364,710.81. 2) That the City Council of Ramsey hereby approves the payment of accounts payable transactions for the period December 2, 1991 through December 31, 1991 in the amount of $364,710.81. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Cich Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ra.~nsey C_.ity Council this the 14th d ay of Janu ar y, 1992. .M~ayor
