<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0304, AS PROPOSED BY
<br />THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION JANUARY 7, 1992, RELATING
<br />TO REZONING PROPERTIES FROM I-INDUSTRIAL & B-1 BUSINESS TO RI-
<br />RURAL INDUSTRIAL AND RB RURAL BUSINESS

<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />

<br />That pursuant to the direction of City Council on October 8, 1991, the City of Ramsey has
<br />initiated the rezoning of certain properties from I-Industrial to RI-Rural Industrial and from
<br />B-1 Business to RB Rural Business.
<br />
<br />That the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section
<br />9.03.03 of the City Code on December 3, 1991 and that said public hearing was properly
<br />advertised and that the minutes of said public heating are hereby incorporated by reference.
<br />
<br />The following described property is proposed to be rezoned from I-Industrial to RI-Rural
