Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-02-024 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #'S 92-01, 92-02, 92-03, 92-04, 92-05, 92-06, 92- 07, 92-08, 92-09 AND 92-10 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted December 17, 1991, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #'s 92-01, 92-02, 92-03, 92-04, 92-05, 92-06, 92-07, 92-08, 92-09 and 92- 10; and WHEREAS, the feasibility report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 11, 1992. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of March, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 1 lth day of February, 1992. .~' ~MinistratOr
