FROM 171ST AVENUE N. W. NORTH TO 173RD <br />AVENUE r N.W.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted December <br />22, 1992, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement ~.P~'oject g92-20 (bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. from 171st Avenue N. <br />W. North to 173rd Avenue N.W.); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 12, 1993 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />10 year term <br /> <br />$35,100 <br />$ 5,014 <br />$ 747 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ~RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such <br />sweets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $35,100. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Thatr a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of <br />February, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such heating and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin andtipon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Coun~cilmember Beyer <br />Couneilmember Hardin <br />Couneilmember Peterson <br />Cotlncilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Non~ <br /> <br /> <br />
