I I I I I Councilme~ber Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-01-004 RESOLIJTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-20 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BISON $~REET N.W. FROM 171ST AVENUE N. W. NORTH TO 173RD AVENUE r N.W.) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted December 22, 1992, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement ~.P~'oject g92-20 (bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. from 171st Avenue N. W. North to 173rd Avenue N.W.); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 12, 1993 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Estimated total assessment per unit (individual property cost) Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $35,100 $ 5,014 $ 747 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such sweets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $35,100. 2) Thatr a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of February, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such heating and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin andtipon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Coun~cilmember Beyer Couneilmember Hardin Couneilmember Peterson Cotlncilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Non~
