SOUTH <br />FROM 171ST AVE N.W. TO THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF TROTT <br />BROOK RIDGE ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted December <br />22, 1992, a repOrt has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />Improvement Project g92-23 (bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. from 171st Avenue N. <br />W. North to 173rd Avenue N.W.); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 12, 1993 <br />which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Esfi~aated total assessment per unit <br />(in~d~al property cos0 <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br />10 year term <br /> <br />$36,319 <br />$ 6,053 <br />$ 902 <br /> <br />NOW <br />CITY <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That theRamsey City Council will consider the improvements of paving of such streets <br />in aCCordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion <br />of the coat of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the <br />Rarnsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $36,319. <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of <br />Febrt!ary, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. <br />and~ the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motio ~n for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin andupon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Couricilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Couneilraember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
