I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilm~be~.Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-01-005 RESOLIJTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON #92-~2~ (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BISON STREET N.W. SOUTH FROM 171ST AVE N.W. TO THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted December 22, 1992, a repOrt has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project g92-23 (bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. from 171st Avenue N. W. North to 173rd Avenue N.W.); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 12, 1993 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project Esfi~aated total assessment per unit (in~d~al property cos0 Estimated annual assessment per unit 10 year term $36,319 $ 6,053 $ 902 NOW CITY 1) 2) THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That theRamsey City Council will consider the improvements of paving of such streets in aCCordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the coat of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Rarnsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $36,319. That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of Febrt!ary, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and~ the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motio ~n for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin andupon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Couricilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson Couneilraember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
