I$ I I I I I I I Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION //93-01-010 RESOLUI 'lION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPE~F[~2ATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-19 (EXTENSION OF CITY i~WATER AND SEWER TO A POINT OF ORIGIN 400 FEET EAST OF THE EASTlgRN SECTION LINE OF SECTION 23 ALONG 149TH LANE N.W. TO ITS t2[JL-DE-SAC TERMINUS) WHlgREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 27th Day of October, 1992 ordering public hearing, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the extension of City water and sewer to a point of origin 400 feet east of the eastern section line of Section 23 along 149th Lane N.W. to its cul-de-sac terminus (Project g92-19); and WHgREiAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public heating; and WHI~REAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and thc heating was held thereon November 24, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSi~Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That S~chimprovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 27th day of October, 1992. 2) That Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and U'LX)n Vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Coun¢]lmember Peterson CounOjlm,mber Hardin Councilm~mber Beyer Counc!lm~mber Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
