I I I I I I I I 10 Councilmernber Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-01.011 RESOLUT _IL)N ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPE~F!!2ATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-13 (EXTENSION OF SANIIAR¥ SEWER ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF CSAH//5 (NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W.))TO SERVICE THE PIN'S 25-32-25-23-0005 AND 25-32-25-23- 0006) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th Day of October, 1992 ordering public lieaxing, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the extension of Sanitary Sewer along the west side of CSAH #5 (Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) to service the PIN's 25-32-~5-23-0005 and 25-32-25-23-0006 (Project//92-13); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and' WH~/REAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the heating was given, and th{ hearing was held thereon November 24, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard wet, given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THli~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSAY, ',ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That ~suchimprovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 13th dhy of October, 1992. 2) That,$teven Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this !mpro~vement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such ~mpmvement. The motion fgr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon Vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: May0r Gilbertson Couneilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Councllmember Beyer Couneilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None.
