Councilmernt~n' Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-01-012 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BONA ADDITION WH~EAs, John Bona and Diane Bona, hereafter referred to as "Developers" have properly app[iedfor plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, TownShip 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 24; thence East on the south line of satd S~tion 24 a distance of 400.00 feet; thence North and parallel with the west line Of~ said Section 24 a distance of 217.8 feet; thence West and parallel with south line 0F said Section 24 a distance of 400.00 feet to the west line of said Section 24; then¢~ SoUth on the west line of said Section 24 a distance of 217.8 feet to the point of beginning. AND yqHEREAS, on December 9, 1992, the City received application and sketch plan from John BOlna for Bona Addition; and wHEREAs, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on January 5, 1993 and approved the ~kewh plan of Bona Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on January 13, 1993 and :; .... recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedicauon reqmrements. NOW THEI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS.EY, 'ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Bona Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and Upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: MayorGilbertson Coun¢tlmember Peterson Councilmcmber Hardin Coun¢ilmomber Beyer Councilm~mber Zimmerman and the follow,~ng voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
