~15 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmem~r Hardin intxoduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #93-01-013 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1993 PARK DEDICATION CASH <br />FEES ' '~ <br /> <br />CONTRIBUTION <br /> <br /> WH]~JllgAS, the Ramsey City Council recognizes that it is essential to the health, safety <br />and welfare Of the residents to protect, conserve and enhance Ramsey's natural and recreational <br />resources; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, cash may be required in lieu of land and said cash contribution should be <br />commensurate with land values and remain competitive; and <br /> WHE~REAS, on January 26, 1993, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />Ordinance ~93-XX amending Chapter 9 of the Ramsey City Code entitled Zoning and Subdivision <br />of Land; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.37, Subd. 6 of Ordinance #93-X states that park dedication <br />fees shall beset by City Council resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAM~Y,.ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the cash contribution per dwelling unit, effective upon the date of this resolution shall <br /> be ia accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />Less than 1 unit per 3.3 acres <br />All other dwelling units <br /> <br />$435.00/dwelling unit <br />$620.00/dwelling unit <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson <br />and upon vote'::be~g taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> MayOrGilbertson <br /> Counellmember Hardin <br /> Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> Coun~lmember Beyer <br /> Councilmexnber Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the folloWing abstained: <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />r: <br /> <br /> <br />
