Councilmember pet*rson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-02-022 RESOLUTION A~PROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BAUERLY BROTHERS, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT ~' PROJECT ~91-14 WHEREAS' the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 14, 1992; and WHERI~AS~ the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bauerly Brothers5 Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g91-14; and WHEREAS~ Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $15,245.82. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thetlgity Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bauerly Brothers, Inc. for the construction of ImproVement Project g91-14 in the amount of $15,245.82. 2) That the'City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final @ayment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the m0nth°f February 1993. 4) City Ramsey Department provided a signed copy of That the Finance of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being itaken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Oilbemon Councilm~mber Peterson Councilm~m~r Hardin Councilm~m~r Beyer Councilmemb,r Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following Wer~ absent: None whereupon said t~olUtion was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of Februaryl I993.
