Councilmetuber Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-01-003 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 2 TO W. B. MILLER, <br />INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT /192.14 (GRADING AND BITUMINOUS <br />SURFACING OF WACO STREET N.W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. FROM <br />179TH LANE N.W. TO THE NORTHERN CITY BOUNDARY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on July 13, <br />1993; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the <br />bid to W. B.Miller, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-14; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Sankowski recommends payment to W. B.Miller, Inc. <br />in the amount of $2,643.09. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes payment to W. B.Miller, Inc. for the construction <br />of Improvement Project g92-14 in the amount of $2,643.09. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this final payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment <br />of bills for the month of January 1994. <br /> <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
