Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-01-009 RESOLUTION APPROVING 1994 - 1995 LABOR AGREEMENT WITH AFSCME COUNCIL 14 WHEREAS, the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees Council 14 Local 2454 represents all public works and clerical employees in the City of Ramsey who are not confidential or supervisory; and WHEREAS, representatives of the Local and management have negotiated a contract for 1994 and 1995; and WHEREAS, on January 13, 1994 the employees in the Local ratified the agreement; and WHEREAS, the agreement represents a 4.03% wage, 3.89% wage and benefit increase in 1994; and WHEREAS, the agreement represents a 4.11% wage, 3.98% wage and benefit increase in 1995. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: The 1994 - 1995 Labor Agreement with AFSCME Council 14 is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Hardin and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 18th day of January, 1994. ~.~ A~'~nistmtor
