Councilmcmber Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #94-02-018 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVENWICK 2ND <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Faye Construction Company, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot I, RIVENWICK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on October 2, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />approved the sketch plan for Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 5, 1991, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />conducted a public hearing regarding Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick) and recommended <br />preliminary plat approval of same; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on April 23, 1991, and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 9, 1992, the Ramsey City Council granted a one year extension to <br />the approved preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 28, 1992, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to <br />Rivenwick; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 8, 1994, at the request of the Developer, the Ramsey City <br />Council granted revised preliminary plat approval for Rivenwick to design 137th Avenue N.W. as <br />a cul-de-sac versus a through street. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Rivenwick 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Couneilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
