Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g94-02-023 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94-01 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL FORD BROOK ESTATES 3RD ADDITION) WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $5,280 Estimated total assessment Estimated assessment per unit three (3) year term $ 640 $ 50 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of seaicoating of such stre.~ts in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for ail or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $5,280. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipai Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shail give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion.for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Cdlbertson Councilmember Hardin Com!cilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
