Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g94-02-023 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g94-01 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL FORD <br />BROOK ESTATES 3RD ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December <br />14, 1993, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, <br />1994, which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br /> <br />$5,280 <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br /> three (3) year term <br /> <br />$ 640 <br />$ 50 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of seaicoating of such <br />stre.~ts in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for ail or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $5,280. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of <br />March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipai Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shail give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion.for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Cdlbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Com!cilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
