Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-02-025 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-03 (SEALCOAT BARTHEL RUM RIVER ACRES 2ND ADDITION) PUBLIC HEARING AND CRACKFILL WHEREAS, the City Engineer was directed by Council, at their meeting of December 14, 1993, ~oprepare a feasibility study for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 22, 1994, which indicates the following: Esfimatexl total cost of project $11,010 Es 'fimated total assessment Eslimated assessment per unit three (3) year term $ 5,505 $ 275 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF r RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such struts in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $11,010. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 22nd day of March 1994, in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion:for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Cdlbertson Councilmember Hardin Cotmcilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beyer Counciimember Peterson and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None
