Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-01-004 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-01 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK <br />FILL RIVER'S BEND 1ST, 2ND, AND PLAZA ADDITIONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Steven Jankowski was directed by Ramsey City Council, at <br />their meeting of December I3, 1994, to prepare a feasibility study for the 1995 Street <br />Maintenance Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on January 10, <br />1995, which indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br /> <br />$21,179.00 <br /> <br />Estimated total assessment <br /> <br />$10,590.00 <br /> <br />Estimated assessment per unit <br />Three (3) year term <br /> <br />$ 62.67 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such <br />streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $21,179. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of <br />February, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Hardin and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
