Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-01-021 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO W. B. MILLER, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS #93-11, g93-12, AND #93-13 (1994 STREET PAVING PROGRAM - DIVISIONS A, B, AND C) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved Improvement Project g93-11 on September 14, 1993, Improvement Project #93-12 on October 26, 1993, and Improvement Project ~93-13 on October 12, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution, dated July 12, 1994, awarding the bid to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the 1994 Street Paving Program, Improvement Projects #93-11 through ~)3-13; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steven Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $3,458.98. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the 1994 Street Paving Program - Divisions A, B, and C, Improvement Projects gO3-11, g93-12 and g93-13, in the amount of $3,458.98. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the completed work and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of lanuat3r, 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Hardin Couneilmember Peterson Coundlmem~ Zimmerman Couneilmember Beahen and the following voted against the same: None and the following abs~ned: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer
