Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-01-022 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO W. B. MILLER, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94.17 (RAMSEY-ANOKA WATER SYSTEM INTERCONNECT) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 24, 1994; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the Ramsey-Anoka Water System Interconnect, Improvement Project ~)4-17; and WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski has inspected and recommends final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $2,066.95. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to W. B. Miller, Inc. for the Ramsey-Anoka Water System Interconnect, Improvement Project g94-17, in the amount of $2,066,95. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of January, 1995. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Zimmennan Councilmember Beahen and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councilmember Beyer
