Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION gO6-01-001 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND <br />AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED <br />DURING THE PERIOD OF DECEMBER 2, 1995 THROUGH DECEMBER 29, <br />1995 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of December 2, 1995, through December <br />29, 1995, in the amount of $415,859.15; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List for <br />the period December 2, 1995 through December 29, 1995 in the amount of $415,859.15. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of January, 1996. ~~.~~.___~ ~~_. _ <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ / <br /> <br />~ A~lministrator <br /> <br /> <br />
