Councilmember Bcahcn introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-01-007 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO NORTHFORK ITASCA SHORES ADDITION WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Ouflot C, Northfork Moors Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the City received application for Northfork Itasca Shores Addition on November 20, 1995; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public heating on December 5, 1995 and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, park dedication requirements are specified in the Northfork PUD Park Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and amended May 9, 1989, which establishes no park dedication due on Northfork Itasca Shores Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 12, 1995, and approved the preliminary plat for Northfork Itasca Shores Addition; and WHEREAS, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Itasca Shores Addition on January 2, 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Itasca Shores Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the following: a) b) The developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. Compliance with City Staff review letter dated January 5, 1996. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: Mayor Hardin
