Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~96-01-010 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND <br />AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED <br />DURING THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 1996 THROUGH JANUARY 12, 1996 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of January 1, 1996, through January 12, <br />1996 in the amount of $1,206,946.30; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List for <br />the period January 1, 1996 through January 12, 1996 in the amount of $1,206,946.30. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beahen upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beahen <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of January, 1996. <br /> <br /> Mayor ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
