Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #97.01-002 RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE PERIOD OF DECEMBER 1, 1996 THROUGH DECEMBER 30, 1996 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and received accounts payable invoicing during the period of December 1, 1996, through December 30, 1996, in the amount of $527,243.22; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for all disbursement transactions; and WHEREAS, Councilmember Beyer, as appointed Accounts Payable Review by City Council, reviewed the bills for the end of December and approved of payment. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List for the period December 1, 1996, through December 30, 1996, in the amount of $527,243.22. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Zimmerman Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Haas Steffen and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of January, 1997. .~'v ~ ~ ~ ATTEST:/ Mayor
