Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #98-01-009 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RADEMACHER <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William C. and Karen C. Rademacher, hereafter referred to as <br />"Developers," have properly applied for plat approval of the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />All that part of the Southwest quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwest comer of the plat of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES <br />ESTATES; thence South along the West line of said GORHAM'S SANDY <br />ACRES ESTATES for a distance of 549.17 feet; thence West and parallel with <br />the North line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 23 to the centerline of State <br />Trunk Highway No. 47; thence Northwesterly along said centerline of State Trunk <br />Highway No. 47 to the North line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 24; thence <br />Easterly along said North line to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Excluding therefrom the following described property: <br /> <br />All that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, <br />Anoka, Minnesota, beginning at the Northwest comer of Gorham's Sandy Acres <br />Estates; thence South along the West line of said Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates <br />for a distance of 330 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line of the said <br />Southwest Quarter of a distance of 660 feet; thence North and parallel with the <br />West line of said Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates to the North line of said <br />Southwest Quarter; and thence East along said North line of the Southwest <br />Quarter to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Subject to easements of record. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on August 1, 1997, the City received a sketch plan from the <br />Developers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on September 11, 1997, <br />and recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on October 7, 1997, and approved <br />the sketch plan of Rademacher Addition and directed the Developers to proceed to the final plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> <br />
