Councilmember Beahen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #98-02-020 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #98-03 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL ROLLING GREEN ADDITION) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion made by the Ramsey City Council on January 27, 1998, a feasibility study for the 1998 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by City Engineer Steve Jankowski with reference to Improvement Project #98-03 (Sealcoat and Crack Fill Rolling Green Addition); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 10, 1998, which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $10,279.00 Estimated total assessment $ 5,140.00 Estimated assessment per unit Three (3) year term $ 163.18 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $10,279. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of March, 1998 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Beahen Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Haas Steffen Councilmember Zimmerman
