Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 99-01-020 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0483 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE IN TOTAL GARAGE AND ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND SINGLE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SIZE RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City. Council adopted ResOlution No. 99-01-019 adopting Findings of Fact//0483 for this use and herein approves the conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On January 26, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit (',CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Francis and Teresa Moulzolf ("Permit Holder") for an overage in total garage and accessory building space and single accessory Structure size restrictions on the property generally ' known as 14260 Junkite Street N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Terrace, Anoka County, MinneSota ("Subject Property:") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 1,296 square foot accessory garage on the Subject Property in accordance with the certificate of survey, including hand-drawn modifications, received by the City on November 20, 1998, revision to be dated February 1, 1999, and contingent upon removal of the existing detached accessory structure. o That the accessory garage shall be designed with a soffit, fascia, eave overhang, maintenance free siding and asphalt shingles in accordance with building elevations received bY the City on November 20, 1998. That the Permit Holder shall obtain all necessary Permits prior to cOmmencing any construction of the accessory garage.
