Councilmember Haas Steffen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-01-025 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF G-B PROPERTIES FIRST <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, G-B Properties Partnership, hereafter referred to as "Developers," have <br />properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Riverview Estates, subject to easements for drainage and utility purposes <br />only as shown on the plat, Riverview Estates, filed as document number 185613 on May <br />10, 1989. Subject to the tight-of-way of the State of Minnesota to construct and maintain <br />temporary snow fences as shown in the final certificates dated April 14, 1939 and <br />recorded May 3, 1939 in Book 174 at page 73 in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />That part of Lots 12 and 13, Auditor's Subdivision Number 30, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, according to the record plat thereof, which lies easterly of the following <br />"Line A," westerly of the following described "Line B," and northeasterly of the <br />northerly line of Tract B, registered land survey no. 119, Anoka County, Minnesota and <br />its southeasterly extension. "Line A" is desctibed as follows: commencing at the East <br />Quarter comer of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, said Anoka County: thence north 0 <br />degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds west, assumed beating, along the East Line of the <br />Northeast Quarter or said Section 34 a distance of 154.98 feet to the intersect with the <br />southwesterly line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highways 10, 52 and 169; thence north 65 <br />degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds west, along said right-of-way a distance of 772.11 feet to <br />the point of beginning of "Line A" to be hereby described; thence south 1 degree 05 <br />minutes 23 seconds east to intersect the northerly line of 138th; thence south 65 degrees <br />24 minutes 49 seconds east along said tight-of-way line of 138th Avenue for a distance of <br />4.44 feet; thence south 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds east to intersect the northerly <br />shore line of the Mississippi River and there terminate. "Line B" is described as follows: <br />Commencing at the East Quarter comer of Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, said <br />Anoka County; thence north 0 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds west, assumed bearing, <br />along the East Line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 34 a distance of 154.98 feet <br />to the intersect with the southwesterly line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highways 10, 52 <br />and 169; thence north 65 degrees 24 minutes 49 seconds west, along said right-of-way a <br />distance of 657.87 feet to the actual point of beginning of "Line B" to be hereby <br />described; thence south 1 degree 05 minutes 23 seconds west to intersect the northerly <br />shore line of the Mississippi River and there terminate. <br /> <br />or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, G-B PROPERTIES FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on December 14, 1998, the City received a sketch plan from the <br />Developers; and <br /> <br /> <br />
