Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Associate Planner Breanne DaInes <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Update on FFE (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) Package for New Municipal <br />Center <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson reviewed that at the May 2, 2006, work session there was <br />discussion of the buy-back proposal for the existing systems furniture and a quote to repaint <br />existing Herman Miller files. During the work session discussion, Council requested further <br />analysis of the re-use of all the existing systems furniture. Staff and Intereum representatives <br />have completed a rough estimate of the costs of re-using all of the existing Herman Miller <br />systems furniture. Ms. Nelson provided an overview of the analysis of the costs associated with <br />re-using the existing systems furniture at City Hall and the Police Department.
