BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />Case'2: Discussion regarding accessory structures <br /> <br />TheCoIl'Irission reviewed the proposed accessory str uctur e <br />regulations. The Comrission approved of the proposed regulations <br />for accessory structures on parcels of landless than one acre. <br />The COIrIrission deterIrined that the accessory structure <br />regulations for plrcels of land between land 2-1/2 acres should <br />re changed to be for parcels of land between one. acre and less <br />than2-l/2acres. . . <br /> <br />The CoIr'Irission discussed whether, for large parcels over 2-1/2 <br />acres, 1200 square feet per each 2-1/2 acres should be allowed <br />for accessory structures. ColnrissionIreIrber DeeIrersuggested that <br />fotp:lrcels. of land 2-l/2acres, 1200 square feet be the IraxiIrIJIr <br />allowable size for accessory structures and for parcels larger <br />than 2-1/2 acres, for each additional acre thereafter, 400 <br />additional square feet will be allowed up toa IraXiIrUIr 0!4 800 <br />S7juare feet.
