Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Cheryl Badinger, 3D/I <br />EI Tinklenberg, The Tinklenberg Group <br />Vern Hegg, Chinese Economic Development Consultant <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Strommen called the regular meeting of the Finance Committee to order at 5 :00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was amended to include Case No. A: Discussion of Chinese Economic Consultant <br />Billing. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #A: <br /> <br />Discussion of Chinese Economic Consultant Billing <br /> <br />The Finance Committee, City staff and Vern Hegg met to discuss billing in relation to the <br />Chinese economic development. The bills submitted to date total $17,054. <br /> <br />Councilmembers requested information regarding the following: Mr. Hegg's billable time in <br />China, in addition to the trip invoice that the Council directed to be capped at $4,500; <br /> <br />Finance Committee / August 8, 2006 <br />Page 1 of7 <br />
