<br />ORDINANCE #06-23 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PU RPOSE <br /> <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZA TION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes it sale. Said property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Outlot A, reserving a temporary easement for ingress, egress, drainage and utility <br />purposes lying over, under and across all of said Outlot A. <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, reserving a temporary easement for ingress, egress, drainage and <br />utility purposes lying over, under and across all of said Outlot A. <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, reserving a temporary easement for ingress, egress, drainage and <br />utility purposes, lying over, under and across that part of said Lot described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 2; thence on an <br />assumed bearing of North 30 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, <br />along the southwesterly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 16.90 feet; <br />thence North 88 degrees 19 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of <br />33.17 feet; to the southeasterly line of said Lot 2; thence South 57 <br />degrees 42 minutes 27 seconds West, along said southeasterly line, <br />a distance of29.08 feet, to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Lots 3 - 6, Block 2 <br /> <br />Lots 1 - 9, Block 3 <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 5 <br /> <br />All in the duly recorded plat of MEADOW, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />
