V. Walk~r, Clerk-T~easurer <br />Councilman Gorham <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Reimann <br /> <br />Abs'ent: Councilwoman 01 iphant <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Cox at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox led the pledge of allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox stated that the meeting was called to consider a resolution on the <br />1 andfill . <br /> <br />Councilwoman Oliphant arrived, <br /> <br />Clerk-Treasurer Walker read lhe resolution. <br /> <br />A discussion took place on the contents of the resolution between the Council <br />members. <br /> <br />The President of Waste Management indicated that they were negotiqting for <br />a direct sale of the landfill to them with the City of Anoka. <br /> <br />Clerk-Treasurer Walker read the change in the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gorham, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to qdopt <br />Resolution No. 10 pertaining to the landfill located in the City qf Ramsey. <br />Carried 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann seconded by Councilman Mickelson to qdjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Carl"ied 5 to 0 <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~/f t//</ ,c-</"--- <br />~~ld E.
