<br />'. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING RAMSEY CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />January 15, 1975 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by the Chairman, <br />Mr. Sorteberg. Present were Mr. Pittman, Mr. Emmans, Mr. Gamec, <br />Mr. Fossum and Mrs. Guy. <br /> <br />This meeting was held for the purpose of drawing up findings on <br />rezoning south of Highway 10. Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Gamec moved that all i-l zone south of the right of way of <br />Highway 10 be deleted. Rezone as follows: The area 275 feet <br />south of the right of way of Highway 10 from the west line of <br />Anoka International Sales and Service Co. to Highway 57; then <br />400 feet south of the right of way of Highway 10 from Highway 57 <br />to Highway 83; then from the west line of Minnesota S~ate High- <br />way Park to the west border of the City of Ramsey. All areas <br />south of this line are to be r-l Zone, with the exception of the <br />property owned by Anoka International Sales & Service Co. Seconded <br />by Mr. Fossum. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Pittman moved we recommend that no residential plats will be <br />accepted in B-1, B-2, or i-l zones. Seconded by Mr. Emmans. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Three areas were suggested for holding for commercial zoning, <br />Windsorwoods on Baugh Street, l55th and Ramsey Blvd. on the north- <br />west corner, and expand 167th at Highway No. 47. <br /> <br />Mr. Pittman moved we adjourn the meeting.
