<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Tuesday,September <br />23,1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Mr. Wadel's request for a variance to 'location of <br />accessory structure' requirements. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Peterson <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:14 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Wadel stated that the proposed possition for the accessory structure <br />extends the accessory structure 30' beyond the front line of the house. <br /> <br />Cliff Eychaner - 16320 Ferret - Stated that his property abuts Mr. Wadel's to <br />the east; has no objection to the proposed location of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />Mr. Wadel stated that he does have an attached garage; the new building would <br />be for personal use. The external finish will be standard siding. Mr. Wadel <br />noted that his house is situated quite a bit farther off the front property <br />line than the other homes on the street. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Howell, <br />Hendriksen and Shumway. Voting No: None.
