<br />. <br /> <br />BOARD OF AnJUsrMENT <br />RJBLIC HE:ARIm <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA <DUNrY <br />srATE OF MINNFSDrA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on Monday, December <br />29, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Mr. Gerald Bauer's request for a variance from height <br />restrictions for accessory structures. <br /> <br />l<Embers Present: Mr. Gerald Zinnnerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Roy ShUltMay <br /> <br />Also Present: Community Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mr. Ken Peterson <br />Mr. Jim HCMell <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDE;R <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Bauer was present. <br /> <br />. Ms. Norris stated that she received a telephone call from Cindy ~chner of 6200 <br />177th Lane N.W. stating that she has no objections to Mr. Bauer's request for a <br />variance to building height limits. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to record Ms. <br />Cindy ~chner's comments of no objection to Mr. Bauer's variance request into <br />the public hearing minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zinnnerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, <br />Hendriksen and ShUltMay. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Peterson and <br />HCMell. <br /> <br />ADJOORNMENl' <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, <br />Hendriksen and ShUIIMay. Voting No: None.
